We have implemented the following pet rules to the benefit of all
- No more than 3 pets are allowed per home and subject to local laws and HOA guidelines.
- Pet fees and deposits will depend on the size, breed, age and number of pets.
- Tenants must provide evidence of recent vet records showing up to date immunizations.
- Aggressive breeds are prohibited. This includes American Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, any canines other than domestic dogs or any percentage mix of any of the aforementioned breeds.
- Domestic birds and cats are permitted. All other types of birds and cats are not permitted.
- No farm or venomous animals are permitted.
- Fish tanks are limited to 20 gallons.
- No other animals or pets are permitted without prior written approval from the Landlord.
- Service and emotional support animals are permitted with proper documentation and approval from Landlord.
